The folding drainboard also helps keep your shortening fresh when unit is not in use. The steel kettle is made of 14 gauge stainless steel and measures 24 1/2″ x 26 1/2″ to accomodate a 24″ x 24″ donut screen. Available in natural or propane gas, please specify when ordering.
